We hope you love your fragrance, however if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receiving.
If you have not yet received your order, please contact us and we'll check this out right away.
If you received faulty or damaged products we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs). The customer is liable for the cost of returns. Please contact us to arrange this.
We will refund you on the method used by you to pay. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
